Provincial Committee of DSS (Democratic Party of Serbia), Dveri movement, the Association of the Serbian-Slavic solidarity “Gregori Stepanovic Ščerbin” in Kosovska Mitrovica and the Citizens’ Movement “Stara Srbija” from Gracanica reacted to the announcement of the media that the platform of the President of Serbia was completed and that it is in the hands of Prime Minister of Serbia. They stressed in a press release that “the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija do not have many illusions” when it comes to the new platform on KiM and that “soon, the President of Serbia will give up the platform, as he gave up from the previous.”

“Let us recall that Tomislav Nikolic absolutely supported the Brussels agreement and setting the border between Kosovo and central Serbia. He supported the abolition of the institutions of the Serbian state in Kosovo and Metohija and Kosovo's integration in almost all international institutions and organizations. So, what is the real purpose of this platform?”

As stated, “President and Prime Minister are distancing Kosovo and Metohija from Serbia, creating another Albanian state in the Balkans and making foundations for the formation of a Greater Albania, against which they are supposedly fighting”.  President of the Serbian Government is defending their policy claiming “it is in the interests of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija” and for “a better life for the citizens of Serbia,” what is “inconsistent with elementary logic.” “How the Serbs in Kosovo can live better in a foreign country, in which PM is pushing them, instead in their own?” was stated.
