Minister of Local Government Administration and representative of the Serbian list in the Kosovo government Ljubomir Maric paid a two-day visit to Zagreb. With the Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, Vesna Pusic, Maric spoke about the possibilities of cooperation, as well as the Community / Association of Serbian Municipalities (ZSO) and its concept for which he requested support.

"The establishment of mechanisms of cooperation between municipalities in Kosovo and municipalities in Croatia, with special emphasis on the Serbian majority municipalities, and Croatian support for the development of local communities and governments are extremely important for the future of our people. The Association / Community of Serbian Municipalities would have very important, even crucial role in this,” said Maric at the meeting.

During the visit, Maric met with the Minister of Administration Arsen Bauk with whom he talked about the experiences and recommendations of Croatia, when it comes to the process of decentralization, as well as cooperation between the two ministries.
