The director of the Serbian Government’s Office in Kosovo and Metohija Marko Đurić yesterday was declared the honorary citizen of Zvečan/Zveçan.

Đurić said that the reward he received at the very Day of the Municipality is a sort of advanced call for what has to be done in future and that he feels additional responsibility for doing more.

“In coming weeks and months is not the time for big speeches, quarrels and discussions. It depends from our character and our abilities whether we will survive and stay, or disappear. I am sure that we have the potential to survive, but we have to communicate with each other in a much better manner,” said Đurić.
