Vulin: Pristina believes that violation of the agreements is allowed (Vecernje Novosti)
In regards to the decision of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo to suspend agreement on the formation of the Community of Serb municipalities (ZSO), Serbian Minister of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Policy Aleksandar Vulin said that it will be a test for the EU, adding that Pristina believes that violation of the agreement is allowed.
"It is sad but true that politicians in Pristina consider that proper political position for Albanians is only the one which goes to the detriment of the Serbs. For Serbs, the ZSO is the most important part of the agreement and the changes are not possible. This is a test for the EU as guarantor of talks between Belgrade and Pristina. If the agreement reached under the auspices of the EU is not binding for Pristina, one can ask what is the strength of the EU and the international community in Kosovo. The future of the Brussels dialogue depends from the answer to this question," said Minister Vulin.
