Chairman of the Committee for Kosovo of the Serbian Assembly Milovan Drecun said that although the move of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo about the agreement on the Association / Community of Serb municipalities (ZSO) could be interpreted as a procedural step, one cannot avoid the conclusion that this was a deliberate move to obstruct the Agreement.

“This is an unacceptable move and Pristina is obliged to implement what was agreed.  If the agreement is not in accordance with the Constitution, then the Constitution must be changed, because the agreement is above the legal framework, which was set in that way.  If there is no ZSO then it becomes pointless to work in the process of normalization of relations,” said Drecun for Radio Belgrade.
