Representatives of Serbs in Kosovo institutions are united in the position that their further participation in Kosovo institutions would be pointless, in case the key agreement on the Community / Association of Serb municipalities (ZSO) will not be implemented.

Kosovo Minister of Local Government Administration, Ljubomir Maric, said that negative decision of the Kosovo Constitutional Court would mean the final suspension of Brussels talks by the Pristina side: “That would mean disrespect of the coalition agreement reached by the Albanian political parties and the Serbian list, since formation of ZSO is the first point of that agreement. Suspension of the agreement could have comprehensive consequences for happenings in Kosovo. It is also questionable what would happen with four municipalities in Kosovo north,” said Maric.
