The company will not be established according to the Kosovo laws (TV Most)
The Serbian government will probably not agree to establish the Company for the supply of electricity in north, owned by the Electric Power Industry of Serbia (EPS), in line with the laws of Kosovo, said the director of Electric Power Industry of Serbia, Nikola Petrovic.
In regards to the request from the EU negotiating position for Chapter 35 on the normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina, according to which should be set up a company for supply “Elektrosever” in accordance with Kosovo laws, Petrovic said that he is confident that the problem will have to be solved at the political level.
He pointed out that the owner of the supply company should be the Association / Community of Serb Municipalities, but that the owner will be EPS, because the A/CSM has not been formed. "The document according to which EPS establishes an enterprise must be approved by the Serbian government. If it is contrary to the Constitution, such document probably will not pass government," Petrovic said.
