Patriotic Block, comprised of the Democratic Party of Serbia and Dveri movement, communicated last night that huge election theft has taken place in the organization of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) and that most irregularities have been recorded in North Mitrovica, Zvečan/ Zveçan and Pomoravlje Region (East Kosovo) and that elections should repeat in those places.

As a concrete example they quoted a case of certain number of Serbs voting under Albanian names in North Mitrovica.

The Patriotic Block communicated that it is obvious that the OSCE has no capacity to organize the regular voting process, which was, according to them, proved in practice yesterday. The Block went on to say that the OSCE facilitators 'kept their eyes shut' in the face of theft of votes by the SNS. Thus they requested elections to be repeated in North Mitrovica, Zvečan/Zveçan and Pomoravlje region and requested as well for a bigger number of facilitators to be present to ensure election theft is prevented.
