Confiscated 918 health cards returned to central Serbia (RTV Puls, KIM Radio, KosSev, Kontakt plus radio)
Health cards of 918 insured persons within the health system of the Republic of Serbia, living in Gjilan/Gnjilane region, confiscated by the Kosovo police on 3 July 2017 at crossing point “Bela Zemlja” were returned to the director of the Republic Health Insurance Fund Branch for Gjilan/Gnjilane municipality, Jovica Antic, RTV Puls and other Serbian media reported.
“The agony to get the health cards back is over, after 10 days of permanent efforts to get them back and deliver to those insured,” stated Antic to RTV Puls.
Along with the cards returned from the customs office, Antic received an instruction to return them back to Serbia.
After that Jovica Antic, was escorted by the police, from the customs office to the crossing point of “Bela Zemlja.”
“Health cards of insured persons from Kosovo Pomoravlje are returned to the central Serbia,” Antic confirmed, RTV Puls reported.
