Russian Ambassador in Belgrade Aleksander Chepurin has congratulated Serbian Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic on his "excellent work in Dubai."

Chepurin was referring to Tuesday's vote that once again left Kosovo out of Interpol membership, held in Dubai, where Stefanovic was heading the Serbian delegation.

"I wished a happy birthday today to Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic, and also congratulated him on the excellent work in Dubai. Celebration and victory go well together," Chepurin wrote on Twitter.
