Kosovo’s Supreme Court has refused the appeal from the Serbian List against the decision of the Election Complaints and Elections Panel (ECAP) to repeat local elections in the municipality of Partesh/Partes. Supreme Court spokesperson, Antigona Uka-Lutfiu, said the Serbian List’s request for annulment of ECAP decision has been rejected.

The counting of the so-called conditional ballots of voters who used their right to vote in the Kosovo local elections, would start today, KIM Radio reported.

The Voting Counting Centre announced, the counting would start at 8.30.

Suheda Ejupi from the centre said 13.533 conditional ballots arrived, KIM Radio reported.
