Kosovo police at Merdare crossing retained Arnaud Gouillon (Blic, RTS)

The Kosovo Police at the Merdare administrative point retained Arnaud Gouillon, the French humanitarian, reports Belgrade based daily Blic quoting Radio Television of Serbia (RTS).

According to the RTS, besides him, the police detained two activists from the humanitarian organization "Serbs for Serbs".

KP members, while retaining Gouillon, have stated that he did not have a permit to visit Kosovo.

According to the Belgrade-based daily Blic, the Mayor of Nis, Darko Bulatovic, was allegedly taken to the Clinical Center Nis after he complained of injuries that he sustained during his visit to Kosovo. As Blic unofficially discovers, Bulatovic received a hand injury during an intervention by the Kosovo police when he was detained Saturday night.

Serbian media further reported that Serbian police searched the bus carrying artists from Kosovo who are supposed to take part in a festival at Merdare crossing point.
