The Assembly of Kosovo might hold during the following days a debate for amendment of the Law on the Special Chambers and the Office of the Specialized Prosecutor. The Commission for Legislation has decided to return the request of six MPs for an Assembly debate on the Special Court, to the Assembly Presidency. “ There is no practice for such requests to be proceeded at the Legislation Commission, however, it was not clear if the request concerns only a debate or a legal initiative for amendment of this Law,” said head of the Commission for Legislation, Albulena Haxhiu.  The request was signed by Nait Hasani, Time Kadriajaj, Bislim Zogaj, Pal Lekaj, Haxhi Shala and Valdete Bajrami.
