Kocijancic: Next round when two sides determine (Tanjug)

The next high-level meeting within the Brussels dialogue would be held when the two sides decide, EU spokesperson Maja Kocijancic told Tanjug news agency.

“The time, place and agenda, as well as the format of dialogue are set by the two sides. The new meeting would be announced as soon as it is confirmed,” Kocijancic said, in a response to Tanjug’s inquiry when the next meeting between presidents Aleksandar Vucic and Hashim Thaci could be expected.

The last round of dialogue was held on September 7, but then only bilateral meetings between the EU High Representative Federica Mogherini with Vucic and Thaci respectively were held.

Meanwhile, Kosovo Foreign Minister Beghjet Pacolli stated earlier that Vucic and Thaci would meet in Paris during the ceremony to mark the Armistice Day, organized by French President Manuel Macon, and talk about normalization.

Commenting on Pacolli’s statement, President Vucic said that “Thaci would be on the margins of the event, then I would walk a bit to the margins and maybe see Thaci there. I hope there would be some talks by then, and if they do not happen, I would walk to the margins, it won’t be difficult for me.”

Vucic also found it strange that Thaci was invited to attend the ceremony “since those who were on the side of victory in the Great War should be there, and Thaci has nothing to do with it.”
