Rada Trajkovic on resolution, photo Brovina presented (Radio KIM)
President of the Serb European Movement in Kosovo Rada Trajkovic said the resolution on the alleged genocide of Serbia in Kosovo is a response “to the indictment deriving from the European institutions as per initiative of Dick Marty,” respectively Special Court for war crimes, Radio KIM reported.
She opines that the Special Court has moved “an avalanche of removing accountability,” in a manner that does not contribute to calming down the situation and true “verification of people who have committed the crimes”.
According to Trajkovic the essence of adopting the resolution is a personal defense of people who “could contribute a lot to shedding the light on cases since the beginning of the war,” respectively since the establishment of the KLA.
She also recalled that the top leaders of the Serbian state have faced the Hague Tribunal already, and now the entire process should be viewed through Special Court for war crimes. “There, the top of the KLA would have an opportunity to present and prove its history (…). This is an organization that was marked in the territory of former Yugoslavia as something that was killing both Serbs and Albanians.”
Commenting of the photo PDK MP Flora Borovica presented in the Kosovo Assembly yesterday, Trajkovic said she should be held accountable for that.
