Ban on Serbian officials to enter Kosovo is yet another in a series of unilateral acts by which Pristina wishes to escalate the crisis created by imposing 100 percent tariffs on Serbian goods, Chairman of the Serbian Assembly Committee for Kosovo and Metohija Milovan Drecun told RTS. He added such acts would unfortunately continue.

According to Drecun the aim of such acts is to provoke conflict with Serbian people or Serbian state and to use it as justification for unification of Kosovo and Albania. He recalled that Pristina and Tirana singed the agreement on joint foreign policy agreement few days ago, claiming it is an evidence that Pristina does not opt for peaceful resolution of the problems and compromise solution.
