Serbian List complains to embassies over decision of Kosovo CEC (Serbian media)
Representatives of the Serbian List have protested the decision of the Central Election Commission to prevent voters from voting with Serbian documents in early parliamentary elections in Kosovo on October 6, reported all Serbian media.
The Serbian List sent letters to the international missions in Pristina because of the CEC decision, saying that it was a violation of the law and asked to rectify this unilateral decision.
Vice president of the Serbian List Dalibor Jevtic says Pristina wants fewer people to vote in the next elections.
"The law states that all those on the electoral roll can vote either with the identity card of Kosovo or Serbia, or with any identification card that proves the identity of the person," Jevtic said.
