Church officials in Kosovo worried about the arrest warrants (RTK2)

Bishop of Raska and Prizren Diocese, Teodosije, has expressed deep concern regarding the EULEX arrest warrants issued for current and former mayors of Zubin Potok, Stevan Vulović and Slaviša Ristic.

Bishop Teodosije stressed that the latest EULEX decision "caused great anxiety among Kosovo-Metohija Serbs and does not contribute to the creation of trust and cooperation, which we so desperately need." "In order to calm the situation and build confidence in the EULEX mission, especially in the north, it is necessary to resolve existing problems through dialogue, instead of indictments that Serbian people see as a mean of institutional pressure," said Bishop Teodosije in a statement.
