President of the Municipal Assembly of Mitrovica North Ksenija Bozovic said that the proposed budget for next year, for that municipality, is about 1.8 million less compared to this year's budget. She stressed that even last year Pristina imposed budget to the municipality of North Mitrovica. If it also happens this year, the planned capital investments in the city will be hardly achievable.

"I don’t know why they do it. No one called us to work on drafting the budget ,.. that practice doesn’t exist anywhere in the world. Someone from the municipality should be called. This is the case throughout the whole Kosovo north," said Bozovic.

Speaking about the formation of Serbian municipalities, Bozovic said that at first the statute of the ZSO should be adopted and only then one can see which jurisdiction the ZSO will have.
