The Chairperson of the Serbian Parliament Committee on Kosovo and Metohija, Milovan Drecun, stated yesterday on the occasion of the eight anniversary of the unilateral declaration of independence of Kosovo, that Kosovo is a failed experiment by mainly Western states and the black hole of Europe when it comes to respect of human rights and rights of minority communities.

While addressing journalists in the Serbian Parliament, Drecun further said that the corruption index is the highest in Kosovo, along with its high level of unemployment, particularly among the youth. According to Drecun, Kosovo is a territory run by organized criminal groups that disrespects other communities. Today, Kosovo is not able to function or maintain safety and security without the presence of the international community, said Drecun.
