Coordination of security services necessary to resolve crimes in Kosovo (TV Most, RTS)
The meeting of the Working Group for gathering facts and evidence to shed light on crimes against Serbian people and other ethnic communities in Kosovo highlighted the importance of coordination between all services to obtain more information on numerous crimes.
The Chairperson of the working group, and President of the Board for KiM of the Assembly of Serbia, Milovan Drecun says that the information on the crimes from the security services cannot be kept a secret and the objective of their joint work is to solve crimes.
Representative of the BIA (Serbian Security Information Agency) Bojan Dimic said that the agency has serious documentation on crimes committed in Kosovo from 1998 to 2000, which should be used in a correct way.
At the meeting it was agreed to form a team of experts to work on the submitted data, or on systematization of the data.
The data, reports and studies that are submitted to the working group are several thousand pages long.
