Srpska Lista: Our activists in Leposavic attacked (Tanjug, Novosti)
Srpska Lista said that members of the Party of Kosovo Serbs (PKS) stormed its election hub in Leposavic and verbally and physically attacked five Srpska Lista activists, who sustained slight bodily injuries, Tanjug news agency reported.
As Srpska Lista press release said, several minutes prior to 15.00 hrs, Marko Jablanovic, son of a mayoral candidate Dragan Jablanovic, violently entered the election hub in Leposavic along with PKS activist Marko Vukasinovic. Srpska Lista reminded that Marko Jablanovic was charged with smuggling and selling drugs, Serbian media further reported.
According to Srpska Lista, the two mentioned individuals tried to strangle, swear and threaten to murder present activists. Surveillance cameras recorded these moments, it was further reported.
Srpska Lista also said, that a spouse of Marko Jablanovic, hit by a car Srpska Lista activist, standing next to the billboard, and that he was sent to the hospital for examination.
Srpska Lista in the strongest terms condemns this “barbaric attempt of lynch” and causing disorders, going to the interest of those who wish to create a rift among Serbs, and is being conducted by the Jablanovic family and their minor criminal and interest group Party of Kosovo Serbs in Leposavic.
They called upon the responsible body to bring criminals and hooligans, but also their masterminds to justice, Srpska Lista said.
