Agim Ceku: There are talks with the Serbian List about the Kosovo Army; there is a shift (KIM radio)
Deputy Minister of Security Forces of Kosovo Agim Ceku told RTV KiM that the talks with the Serbian List are being conducted about the transformation of the KSF into the Kosovo Army, and the possible support of this List to changes of the constitution that is necessary for the transformation.
Ceku, who emphasizes that he is not a direct participant in those talks, says he has the knowledge that there are currently talks with everyone in the Serbian list.
"We want to do it right, as God commands, that we all be part of it and that this to be our mutual success. That we do not do this only with those who want it and without those who disagree with this. We have patience, talks are conducted, not negotiations. I think the talks will lead to negotiations. I will inform you unofficially that there is a shift," says Agim Ceku in the show "Dogovor!?" of the RTV KIM.
Representatives of the Serbian List have so far emphasized that Kosovo does not need an army since KFOR is present in the field and will not vote for constitutional changes that would lead to the transformation of the KSF into the armed forces, reports KIM radio.
