Serbian List: We are not going back to the Kosovo government (RTS)
The Serbian list is not returning to the Kosovo government, as some Pristina media speculate, because all the reasons for our absence from the provisional authorities in Pristina have not been removed, announced Igor Simic, the Serbian List spokesman.
"There was no discussion about renewal of our activities in the government, nor did anything change from the moment we left the ruling coalition," Simic was categorical.
He adds that the Serbian list is aware that their decision will result with the further homogenization of Albanian political actors and their agreement on important issues for them, "which could been seen in the previous period by the way the so-called opposition has dealt with the government's proposals in the parliament", reports RTS.
"We understand the dissatisfaction of those who today realize that without the elected Serb representatives they cannot point to the existence of political pluralism and some multi-ethnic society, but once again we emphasize that we are not guilty of this situation, but those who sent masked bullies with long pipes on us," says Simic.
Pristina daily Zeri today reported that within a few days a full return of the Serbian List to the government was expected.
