Around 1,500 Serbs have blocked in Zubin Potok the Mitrovica-Ribaric road in protest against what they said is an increasing pressure on Kosovo Serbs by EULEX.

Today’s protest was organised by the so-called Steering Council of Association of Serb Municipalities in Kosovo and began at 11 o’clock. No incident has been reported so far.

Sources told KosovaPress that Zubin Potok’s leadership and the local residents are getting ready to place a total blockade on cooperation with Kosovo institutions. Mayor of Zubin Potok, Stevan Vulovic, and the former mayor, Slavisa Ristic, are also among the protesters.
