Kosovo Assembly Speaker Kadri Veseli said it is final time for Kosovo-Albania rhetoric of brotherly love to be left aside and the for the two countries to focus on concrete cooperation and action. Veseli made the comments after a meeting with a parliamentary delegation from Albania.
