The OSCE Mission in Kosovo through a press release today confirmed that on Sunday it will open five centers in Kosovo for Serbia's parliamentary elections.
"This commitment of the OSCE is based on earlier models of operations, in particular in 2014. The OSCE will facilitate the voting process in Kosovo,  including storage of sensitive material to be used in this process. Material as ballots and voter lists were submitted to the OSCE by Serbian Republic Electoral Commission (SREC). After the process, the OSCE will send the collected ballots in Raska and Vranje and will submit them to SREC for counting and further procedures," reads the statement.
