Kosovo’s Minister for Dialogue, Edita Tahiri, said it was paramount for Kosovo to form new institutions to address pressing internal and external issues. “Brussels dialogue is among these priorities and is important because it serves peace, neighbourhood and Kosovo’s Euro-Atlantic integrations”, Tahiri said.
