The front-page editorial of this daily stresses that signing of the agreement for the construction of permanent facilities for Integrated Border Management by the delegations from Pristina and Belgrade yesterday in Brussels, represents good news at the time of the political blockade and stagnation of the dialogue with Serbia.  After this step, Kosovo should request demarcation of the border with Serbia, immediately after the establishment of the new institutions and start of the new discussions with Serbia. The Integrated Border Management agreement does not overcome the border problems between the two countries. Recent incidents at the border are sufficient proof for this. Therefore, it is a responsibility of Kosovo institutions to open discussions for demarcation that would have an impact on stabilization of the municipalities at the border line with Serbia.
