Belgrade expects that Pristina will end post-election processes in due time, in order to enable the establishment of the Community of Serbian municipalities (ZSO), said Ivica Dacic, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia. In a statement for RTK2, political analyst Dusan Janjic said that current emphasizing of Serbian politicians that ZSO should include only Serbian municipalities in the north could mean launching of the story on partition of Kosovo.

"This may be a preparation for the negotiations, which will be held in Brussels, because all ambiguities about the ZSO need to be clarified. Also, this can be preparation for the renewal of the idea about ​​the division on the Ibar River. Frequent criticizing of Kosovo that it does not fulfil its obligations stipulated by the Brussels agreement and obligations concerning the formation of the ZSO could present political preparation for the renewal of the idea about ​​the division on the Ibar River," concluded Janjic.
