Kosovska Mitrovica: one month custody for two Serbs (IRS)
A judge of the basic court in Kosovska Mitrovica has set one month custody for Aleksandar Lazovic and Nebojsa Vujacic, for the alleged influence on the witnesses of prosecution in the case of Oliver Ivanovic, the leader of the civic initiative “Serbia, Democracy, Justice”.
The TANJUG agency learned this from attorney Miro Delevic, who had assessed the decision was unexpected and senseless. While announcing the complaint by the defense, Delevic has added that Nebojsa Vujacic was transferred from the home custody to the police one. At the same time, Ilija Vujacic was ordered to regularly report to the police station and banned from approaching certain individuals and witnesses, says the defense lawyer.
The three indicted Serbs are connected to the case against Oliver Ivanovic and retired police colonel Dragoljub Delibasic. Ivanovic has been in court jail since the end of January, and Delibasic since early February.
