After legislative amendments, establishment of the ZSO (RTK2)
“No matter which political option will form the government, the Serbian List has decided to take part in the government. The priority of the Serbian List will be work, in order to achieve the interests of the Serbian community,” says Dragan Jablaniović, a member of the team for the implementation of the Brussels agreement.
"We do not care who will form a government, it is a matter of the majority Albanian community. We will discuss with the authorities about our terms. We hope that those who form the government will talk with us and we, as an equal nation, will request the things to which we are entitled," he said.
When asked to comment on the recent happenings related to the squares Tsar Lazar and Adem Jashari in North Mitrovica, Jablanović said the problem was imposed in order to draw attention from forming the Community of Serbian municipalities (ZSO).
"Kosovo legislation does not recognize the ZSO, but only Association of Serbian municipalities which exist everywhere in the world, and which is a non-governmental organization. According to the Brussels Agreement, Pristina should make certain amendments to its legislation, in order to recognize the ZSO," said Jablanović.
