Professor of the Constitutional Law Riza Smaka argues that status of Montenegrins in Kosovo is unacceptable, since they do not exist as a community in the Kosovo Constitution.

In the RTK morning TV show “Morning with Montenegrins” Smaka said that the fact that Montenegrins are not mentioned as a community by Kosovo Constitution is unacceptable and not right, and that this can’t be justified.

“That omission in the Kosovo Constitution has to be corrected in an adequate manner, and by doing so Montenegrin community will be adequately presented in the Kosovo parliament,” said Smaka.
