Director of the Centre for Foreign Affairs, Aleksandra Joksimovic said that future implementation of the Brussels Agreement and Serbia's progress in European integration depends from the agreements on the four key topics of the dialogue on the normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina on the high political level in Brussels.
Joksimovic said that not only the possibility of Serbian negotiations with the EU depends from the agreement on telecommunications, energy, Community of Serbian municipalities (ZSO) and "Peace Park" , but also Kosovo's.
Director of the Centre for Foreign Policy on TV Pink said that she expected agreement to be reached and that it was important to find a solution that would satisfy both sides.
Joksimovic indicated that in Brussels was always present and the United States, therefore visit of Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic to America was important.
"Some things can be cut only at the political level. It was the absence of political dialogue that led to a delay in the implementation of the Brussels agreement," said Joksimovic when she recalled that Serbia seeks to send a request for area code of Kosovo, Telekom to remain as mobile operator in Kosovo, and northern Kosovo to retain control over Gazivode and the energy source.
She pointed out that at the moment, key power is Germany in EU, which insists on chapter 35 that relates to a further process of normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina and the normalization of these relations, will continue to be the main condition for Serbia's progress towards the EU.
