Kosovo opposition: Serbian elections blow to integration of Serbs (KoSSev)
Sunday Serbian parliamentary elections in Kosovo and Metohija, beside the convincing victory of the SNS, were marked with crowds in the voting centres due to the reduced number of voting locations, as well as the non-updated voting lists.
Elections were also marked by the negative reactions of Kosovo officials, who were not very visible to the Serbian community on Sunday. Kosovo opposition was particularly loud in its criticism toward the Kosovo government and Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa, and assessed that having Serbian elections in Kosovo is unacceptable. They assessed that Serbian elections in Kosovo are violating ‘sovereignty and Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo’ and present a ‘blow to efforts’ in integration of Serbs into the Kosovo system.
