Vučić: I doubt the merits of the charges against Dikić (RTS)
Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić has expressed doubts about the merits of the charges of terrorism against Bratislav Dikić and others arrested in Montenegro.
Given the other intelligence data collected by the Serbian services that he had at his disposal, Prime Minister says he does not believe in it, personally.
"We," he said, "still do not have any information; we have certain information obtained by our intelligence agencies."
"I'd love that the arrest of several people from Zubin Potok was not based on the statements of the Albanian police commander Selimaj, and I'm afraid that we have evidence that it is. So I do not think that it was a serious reason," said Vučić.
"We are waiting to see, perhaps there is something else, and if this is all based on Selimaj’s claims - and we have evidence of his claims, as he reported members of the Ravna Gora movement to the Montenegrin police, otherwise my political opponents, but it does not mean that they are terrorists - if that was the reason, then I do not think that it was a serious reason for such words. But let's wait, maybe they have something more than Selimi’s claims," said Vučić.
