Komentarpress portal: From the Office for KiM has arrived untruth about the elections (NMagazin)
According to the preliminary results of the Central Election Commission (CEC), the candidate of the Serbian List Strahinja Spasic has won, a candidate for whom the Office for Kosovo and Metohija claimed that he had given up his candidacy, NMagazin writes by quoting portal Komentarpress.
According to CIK data, 1,030 voters voted for Strahinja Spasic, and 1,020 voters for his opponent Bozidar Dejanovic.
The portal Komentarpress reminded, as NMagazin writes, that on the eve of the election, Assistant Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Petar Petkovic stated that Spasic had resigned from the candidacy, which was not true according to the portal.
Petkovic and the director of the office, Marko Djuric, did not want to answer today's question of how Spasic won if he gave up his participation in the elections.
Recall that in the first round of local elections, Dejanovic was a candidate for mayor in Klokot municipality in front of CI Klokot-Vrbovac, and recently joined the Serbian list.
According to the portal, on Sunday the traffic police stopped a bus that carried displaced people to the municipality of Klokot, on the highway near Nis, among which were Spasic's sympathizers. The bus was carried to an extra technical inspection, and the driver was given confirmation that the bus was in order and could be included in the traffic, and allegedly only after the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, was informed of the event, writes NMagazin.
