Vulin: Threats from Pristina will endanger peace in the region (RTS)

Serbian Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin says that open threats with war and conflicts coming from Pristina's government officials will endanger peace in the entire region, responding to Daut Haradinaj's statement that the first arrest for the Special Court will again activate the former KLA, RTS reports.

"Every attempt not to bring the KLA criminals to justice must be prevented and punished," Vulin says, adding that if UNMIK, KFOR and EULEX are not able to provide peace and security for all who live in Kosovo, "if they are not in a position to secure the establishment of a court for criminals from the KLA then it's time to admit failure."

If the Court for KLA crimes is not formed, I think that Serbia should stop talks with Pristina and ask the Serbian List to overthrow the Government of Kosovo, and from the international community to assume the responsibility and to protect everyone living in Kosovo from terrorists from the KLA, reports RTS.

Pristina media reported that the brother of the Kosovo Prime Minister and deputy in the Kosovo Assembly Daut Haradinaj said that "the KLA instrument will re-activate in Kosovo when the arrests for the Special Court begins."

Daut Haradinaj is mentioned as one of the first members of the so-called KLA against whom an indictment will be brought before the Special Court.
