Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic met in Washington Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, Wess Mitchell and confirmed mutual readiness to strengthen bilateral relations, Tanjug news agency reported.

Both interlocutors noted readiness to jointly work on a regional stability, and the need to find a compromise solution for the Kosovo issue, the Serbian Foreign Ministry said in a press statement.
