“They shot at house, because Thaci visited it,” Srpska Lista condemned incident (BETA, RTV Puls)

Owner of a restaurant, in the village of Banjska, Zubin Potok municipality, Goran Drazevic said his house was shot at, because Hashim Thaci visited his restaurant, BETA news agency reported.

Drazevic told Pristina-based Insajderi.com the attack took place on Sunday, around 3;00 a.m. while everybody was sleeping in the house.

“I was sleeping in the house with a wife and children, and they targeted the room where we were sleeping. They damaged that room and a restaurant, it was a rifle shooting coming from the road,” Drazevic said. In addition to the room, and restaurant, the roof of the house is damaged as well, he added, noting that no one was injured in the attack.

Drazevic also said, despite advises by friends, he did not want to report the case to the police, since he doubts the police can do anything.

Speaking about Thaci’s visit, he said he offered him coffee and brandy.

“He asked me if he can have a coffee. I offered him brandy as well (…). We spoke and laughed,” Drazevic said.

Meanwhile, Kosovo police confirmed the attack on Drazevic’s house took place, Serbian media reported.

Zubin Potok Municipal Board of Srpska Lista strongly condemned the attack against Drazevic's house, saying that this incident additionally caused disturbance among the Serb community. Srpska Lista urged responsible bodies to shed the light on this case and bring perpetrators to the justice.
