Dacic: Pristina no longer “favorite child”, position of Serbia getting stronger (RTS, Tanjug)
Serbian Foreign Affairs Minister Ivica Dacic said he is not certain if the information that USA ceased communication with the Kosovo minister of defense is accurate, adding he heard it from the media, but reminded that the USA administration does not see Kosovo any longer as “its child,” and attempts to be balanced, RTS reported.
“I think this is good. Generally, Kosovo foreign and internal politics are on major defensive. They are no longer “a child” of the West, but rather a problem. They are an obstacle for peaceful solution in Kosovo,” Dacic told journalists.
On the other hand, position of Serbia is getting stronger. “People have understanding for our arguments. We continue the politics of revoking recognitions (of Kosovo),” Dacic underlined.
