Simic: We invest in peace and Pristina in destabilization (RTS)
Representative of the Serbian List Slavko Simic told RTS that the attempt to transform KSF into the Kosovo Army is not acceptable to Serbs who expect this to be unacceptable for the international community also.
Slavko Simic said that the position of the Serbian List is clear and that they are against the violation of Resolution 1244.
As he said, this throws into the water the attempt and efforts of the Serbian people in Kosovo, who are trying to invest in trust and peace, while Pristina, on the other hand, invests in the destabilization of Kosovo and the entire region.
Simic adds that the Kosovo Constitution is not realistic, and that it is used only when needed to represent interests of individuals and institutions.
He states that the package of laws, which will be before the deputies on December 14, certainly will violate many constitutional provisions.
"Obviously that self-will and the principle of force will be respected, which will bring harm and consequences," said Simic. He adds that Serbian MPs will talk to all international officials and organizations, along with the state of Serbia, and will present to everyone that peace and security are threatened.
Simic commented on the announcement that Rrustem Mustafa will be the first KLA commander before the Special War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague and said that Serbian people's expectations are no high and recalls that on August 3, 2015 the Kosovo parliament brought the decision on the formation of a Special Court and that since then there have been no results, reports RTS.
