Stefanovic: The state of full combat readiness continues; not true that KFOR informed us (RTS)

Serbian Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic spoke this morning for the RTS morning news where he said that the army of Serbia and the police remain in full combat readiness, following the Kosovo special forces incursion in the North of Kosovo. Stefanovic adds it will remain so if there are estimations that it is necessary. Speaking about KFOR's allegations that Belgrade was informed of the action, the minister said it was an attempt to make a spin and that it was absolutely incorrect. He points out that Belgrade had information, but not from KFOR, but through its channels, and that President Vucic warned about the intentions of the action. He believes that KFOR did not behave properly and that it did not protect all citizens in the territory of Kosovo. Regarding the allegation that it was a police action undertaken in the north of Kosovo, Stefanovic says that people in Kosovo are upset therefore he estimates as cynical the statements that it was a routine operation that Serbia should support it. He repeats that everything happened in a way that cannot be led under a police action.
