Serbian media reports that First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia Ivica Dacic met yesterday with Ambassadors of the Republic of Serbia, quoting the ministry’s statement.
''In separate meetings with each Serbian Ambassador, Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic briefed our Ambassadors on the situation in Kosovo and Metohija as well as on the unilateral acts made by Pristina which resulted in the abrogation of the dialogue and talks, while blocking the Brussels process and possibility for reaching a compromise solution. Furthermore, the Head of Serbian Diplomacy stressed the importance of the visit paid by President Vucic to the United States of America and the meetings the President had in New York. Minister Dacic reiterated Serbia's foreign policy priorities and instructed the Ambassadors to enhance their activities in line with Serbia's national interests,'' reads the statement.
''Ambassadors elaborated Minister Dacic on the situation in the countries they were accredited to representing Serbia, with special emphasis on Serbia's bilateral relations with those countries, as well as on the enhanced activities aimed at strengthening the Republic of Serbia's position on a multilateral level, especially in the upcoming period in which Pristina would apply for membership in numerous international organizations,'' stated the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
