Vucic: I did not know there was a poison on ethnic basis (Tanjug, B92)

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met today with the Ambassador of Russia to Serbia Alexander Botsan-Kharachenko, Serbian media report. During the meeting President Vucic expressed concern over the situation in Kosovo and Metohija, following the recent elections there and tensions provoked by Pristina. He noted he did not know there was a poison that works selectively on an ethnic basis, adding he would insist on “comprehensive investigation and punishment of liars and fraudsters who have organized this shameful media action,” press service of the Serbian president announced. The two officials met to discuss the final preparation for the visit of the Russian Prime Minister Dimitry Medvedev to Serbia due on October 19. They also said the program of the visit is intensive and comprehensive, and it would portray in the best manner excellent political relations as well as the wide spectrum of cooperation between Serbia and Russia.
