Serbian media quotes Director of the office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Djuric, who in a statement said that "the head of the negotiating delegation of Pristina in the Brussels dialogue, Avni Arifi, is not competent to give in or deny anything, especially not territory."

Ahead of the Sunday meeting between the presidents of Serbia and Kosovo, the chiefs of the Belgrade and Pristina negotiating teams will continue a technical part of the dialogue in Brussels on Friday, with pessimism looming over the event.

Pristina's chief negotiator Avni Arifi's statement that his side never interrupted the dialogue with Belgrade and that Belgrade failed to fulfil the obligations assumed by the Brussels agreement cannot be called anything else than the untruth, says deputy director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Dusan Kozarev in a statement delivered to media.
