The paper writes in its front-page editorial that the postponement of the Kosovo Assembly session may not have been the idea of the chairperson, Flora Brovina, but is nevertheless the right decision. After the latest meetings with political leaders, President Atifete Jahjaga, was left with no possible moves for resolving the political stalemate and, as a result, today’s Assembly session would be no more than just a repeat of the two other failed attempts to elect a speaker. The post-election bloc keeps insisting on having a debate at the Assembly and the chairperson should be more flexible and allow it, writes the paper. Refusing a debate would only increase tensions further and risks leading to a unpredictable delay which no one wants.
