The President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, stated that Kosovo does not have an open issue with Montenegro, when demarcation is concerned. He also informed that he was in Podgorica for Montenegro’s tenth anniversary of independence and not for demarcation agreement.

He also informed that there is no intention to send demarcation issue at the Court of Arbitration. “No interest of certain political addresses can exceed the major interest, the will of the citizens, our European goal and vision for liberalization. There is no issue that could challenge liberalization. Kosovo is aware of its obligations,” Thaçi said.

He made these comments during his visit to the company for production of dairy products “Eurolona” in Miradi e Eperme village of Fushë Kosovë/Kosovo Polje. He was accompanied by the Minister of Agriculture Memli Krasniqi, and Minister for European Integration, Bekim Çollaku. Thaçi stressed that Stabilization Association Agreement is an opportunity for the Kosovo businesses to export goods abroad.
