Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister, Branimir Stojanović points out that the judgment of the Constitutional Court has damaged the monastery because there are a few more plots that they claimed, while Stojanović considers the protest as an excuse for provoking instability.
“This has nothing to do with confirming a judgment that was made before 1999, and probably now is popular for those who organized the protest to call on something that will motivate people to go to the protest. There is already an agreement between UNMIK and the Church from 2012. Such activities are, in my view, just an excuse for provoking instability,” said Stojanović.
