The two Serbian ministers in the Kosovo government, Dalibor Jevtić and Ljubomir Marić assess that the agreement on the implementation of the agreement on telecommunications is very important and useful for the citizens.
“What is essential is that the principled position of the Government of the Republic of Serbia on the property has succeeded and we have an agreement which is very beneficial for the people in Kosovo and Metohija, which will have quality service when it comes to telecommunications,” said Marić.
He says that that is expected to have better coverage or that the Serbs south of the Ibar/Ibër River finally have a good quality signal of mobile telephony.
Jevtić says that the reached agreement on telecommunications is significant for many reasons and not just because of the stalemate of the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina.
“This is a step in a positive direction when it comes to the overall situation, we want to see implementation of all the agreements reached, for us especially important is to see the implementation and first step towards the formation of the Community of Serbian municipalities,” said Jevtić.
